📁 Digital Product Policy & Licensing Terms – Luna Skyy Creations

These licensing terms apply only to digital products purchased from Luna Skyy Creations via www.LunaSkyy.com. By downloading, purchasing, or using our digital products, you agree to these terms.

1. 📦 Product Format

  • This is a digital product only — no physical item will be shipped.

  • Files may include: SVG, PNG, PDF, or other formats as described in the listing.

  • You are responsible for downloading and saving your files after purchase.

2. 👤 Personal Use License (Included with all purchases)

You may use our digital products for personal projects only such as:

  • DIY crafts or decorations

  • Home use (e.g., baby shower, gifts)

  • Printables for yourself or family/friends

You may not:

  • Sell, share, or redistribute the file(s)

  • Upload our files to any AI tool or image generator

  • Use on Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms (e.g., Zazzle, Redbubble, Printify)

  • Convert files into NFT/digital collectibles

3. 🛍️ Free Small Business Commercial Use (up to 100 items)

You may use our digital files for small-business commercial use, as long as:

  • You create the final product by hand or in-house

  • You do not exceed 100 total physical items per design

  • You are selling via your own shop, Etsy, craft fair, etc.

You must not:

  • Use third-party or mass production companies

  • Upload the files to POD platforms (no exceptions)

  • Sell unaltered files or use “as-is” designs

4. 📈 Extended License (for larger scale use)

Need to exceed 100 units? Buy an Extended License to expand your use.

What’s included:

  • Up to 1,000 handmade items per design

  • Use in client work or outsourced production (non-POD)

  • More flexibility for commercial use

Still not allowed:

  • POD or dropshipping of any kind

  • File resale, sharing, or repackaging

5. 🎁 Multi-Design or Bundle License

For creators using multiple different designs in a product line or launch.

Includes:

  • Coverage for up to 5 different files per license

  • Up to 1,000 handmade units total, spread across those designs

Perfect for:

  • Seasonal product launches

  • Small boutique batches

  • Prepping for craft fairs

6. 🛑 Prohibited Uses (All License Types)

The following are never permitted, regardless of license:

  • POD or mass production platforms

  • File reselling or distribution

  • Creating NFTs, AI-generated works, or automated reproductions

  • Uploading files into apps or design marketplaces

  • Claiming the work as your own

7. 💬 File Access & Compatibility

  • Please ensure your software supports the file type before purchase (e.g., Cricut needs SVGs).

  • We are not responsible for file incompatibility, loss, or device issues.

8. ❌ No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of digital delivery.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright.
