This section of our Terms of Service applies specifically to physical products sold on www.LunaSkyy.com, including but not limited to sublimated items, handcrafted creations, and outsourced products. By purchasing any physical product from Luna Skyy Creations, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Type

All physical products are hand-crafted or sourced from trusted partners.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

✅ Significantly Different from Description

• The item received is significantly different from the description or specifications provided. Examples include misspelled names, incorrect dates or the wrong technique used on a custom item.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or craftsmanship are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

✅ Damaged or Defective Products

• The item arrives damaged or defective beyond repair.

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require you to provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and issued via the original payment method.

3. Returns

Returns for both handmade and outsourced products may be considered within our return window.

• If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 3 days of receipt.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, damaged product).

To initiate a return, please contact us to discuss the details and obtain authorization.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for both handmade and outsourced products may be possible in cases such as size or color discrepancies, made on our part.

• The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with both the return and replacement item.

• Contact us for exchange options and obtain authorization before returning the item.

5. As-Is Disclaimer for Handmade Items

Handmade items may exhibit slight variations in color, texture, and appearance due to their unique nature. These variations are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

By purchasing a handmade item, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Luna Skyy Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen packages after the product has been handed off to the carrier. Customers should track their packages and contact the carrier directly in the event of a lost or delayed shipment.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to external factors like weather, holidays, and customs.

7. Restocking Fees & Non-Returnable Items

• • Restocking Fees: Items returned in a condition other than their original state may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.

  • Non-returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or perishable products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes any items made with custom names, dates, or other personal details.

8. Force Majeure

Luna Skyy Creations shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, carrier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item sent, the product arrived damaged). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, shipping charges may be deducted from the total refund amount.
